I recently stayed at Hotel Code Shinsaibashi for a few nights during my trip to Osaka. The location was perfect, with the train station just a block away and a convenience store nearby. The room itself was amazing, with comfortable beds, a spacious shower room, and a great bathroom with a concealed toilet. The highlight was definitely the Jacuzzi on the balcony, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The hotel was also within walking distance of the main shopping area and the fish market. I will definitely be back!

Although everything was more than satisfactory, a minor improvement would be to ensure daily dusting of tables and headboards, as well as addressing reminders from guests about cleanliness.

My Christmas stay at the hotel was good. the Christmas decorations were lovely and created a festive atmosphere. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and a free shuttle service, which was a great convenience. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas and public transportation. the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is in a prime location, being very close to the main shopping street and within walking distance to train stations and the metro. Guests can easily access popular attractions such as Shinsaibashisuji and Dotombori. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, making an effort to communicate despite limited English skills. The hotel offers amenities such as pyjamas and comfortable beds.

There is some room for improvement in providing directions and recommendations to guests due to the staff's limited English proficiency.

The value for money at Code Shinsaibashi was excellent, with a comfortable room, spacious bathroom, and even a Jacuzzi on the balcony. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the shopping district and surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, even helping with arranging a portable wifi for my stay.

The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety, maybe adding some more options alongside the bread and coffee/tea.
