Additionally, it is situated right next to the river, providing stunning views. The proximity to the Palace means guests can easily visit this iconic landmark. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and admire the breathtaking view of Wat Arun across the river.

The prices at the bar upstairs are a bit steep compared to other options in the city.

We had a wonderful stay in this historic neighborhood by the river. It was far away from the main street, but this was perfect for us. We were close to Pak Khlong flower market & pier, which made it easy for us to go aboard river cruise. The service here was exceptional, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry being just a few of the many amenities provided. Our room had great design to fit in all of the functions we needed, including air conditioning, mini-bar, sitting area, in-room safe, and more. This place's bar/ lounge area and restaurant provided a great buffet breakfast, along with staff who went out of their way to make any request happen. The staff at the reception desk provided a brilliant service, despite the manager attempting to "fix" any issue we had.

The rooftop area provides a stunning view of the nearby river and temples. The hotel is conveniently located near the Chaopraya River and various attractions, making it easy to explore on foot or by taxi/tuktuk. The reception staff is helpful in arranging transportation when needed. a comfortable stay with thoughtful gestures.

For us it was ideal.

We had a fantastic stay at Riva Arun. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the major attractions of Bangkok, such as Wat Pho and the Royal Palace, which were within walking distance. The staff were friendly and even gave us a warm card with best wishes upon check out. The hotel also provided an iPhone, which was a great perk for wandering around the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly atmosphere.

The hotel was a great choice for New Year's celebrations. the welcoming drinks and cold towels were a nice touch. the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. the rooftop area had an amazing view and the bar and restaurant were very convenient.

The lack of a pool was a letdown, but understandable considering the location. Breakfast not being part of the room fees was inconvenient.

the hotel is within walking distance of popular attractions like Wat Pho and is conveniently located near the boat taxi pier. I had the pleasure of staying in a Deluxe room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, which was a truly heavenly experience. I can't wait to come back!
