We were very pleased with this place! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of a bustling business area close to the main interchanging station. We had no trouble finding shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The service here was exceptional, with attentive staff taking care of our every need. The room amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable bedding to the free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee facilities. Everything was spotless, thanks to the excellent housekeeping.

We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

The hotel could improve on the outdated TV sets in the rooms.

We chose this hotel for its great location near Osaka station. The reception area was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Despite some road noise, the room size was good and the hotel was clean. Free WiFi and a connection to the underground shopping area were convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a wonderful Christmas decoration that created a warm and cozy atmosphere. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good Wi-Fi signal. Its location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from public transportation and several restaurants.

The breakfast was overpriced, and there were not many healthy options. the staff was not very friendly or welcoming, although they were efficient in their work.
