I had an amazing experience at De Bedstee Boutique Capsules. I initially had concerns about the location, but it turned out to be close to the central area and easily accessible by tram. the reception staff, particularly Monica, was extremely helpful and friendly. She provided thorough explanations of how everything worked in the capsule and also gave great recommendations for places to visit in Amsterdam. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided. the bathroom was sparkling clean and had a thoughtful addition of music to maintain privacy. the capsules themselves were impressive, with a colorful panel of lamps and a quiet atmosphere.
