Compact but comfortable rooms with a good selection of TV channels. Underground walkway connects to major attractions and transportation hubs. a convenient and pleasant stay.

This hotel is strategically located beside the Sapporo JR main station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, and the option for rooms with 3 beds is great for larger groups. The breakfast included is a delightful surprise, with unexpected seafood like ikura with rice.

No major issues, everything was ok.

Excellent location, connected to train station, shopping malls, and attractions. Convenient for exploring Sapporo and nearby towns. Clean rooms with complete amenities. Helpful staff, especially concierge. Good security measures with key card access. Surprisingly adequate room size.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Sapporo station, making it easy to explore the city and visit tourist sights. You can shop till you drop with Daimaru store just across the street. Plus, the helpful and friendly staff speak fairly good English and are always ready to assist.

The room size may not be suitable for families as there is limited space to place luggage.

I had a great stay at a hotel close to the train terminus with internal access to the underground network. The rooms were cosy and the staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant downstairs offered reasonable rates for Western food. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

The hotel was in a great location, being very conveniently situated near the Snow Festival, restaurants, and shops. Our room was comfortable and efficient, with all the amenities in place. the cleaning staff at the hotel was hardworking and replenished our supplies regularly.

The room was very stuffy and the windows could not be opened despite Christmas being a holiday season. We had to bear the unyielding heat of the heater, since there was no air conditioning available either.
