The hotel was located right at the edge of the central district, making it convenient to explore the city. We could easily walk to most of the central area or take a canal boat from across the street. The room had all the necessary amenities, including coffee. Despite being small, it was clean and modern. The younger staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great advice on places to visit and hidden gems. The overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was very clean and had a decent power shower. The location was great, with a tram stop only a 5-10 minute walk away. It only took about 15 minutes by tram to reach the city's main train station. I also loved that the hotel offered bike rentals. There were plenty of bars and eateries around the corner, and major attractions like the Rijksmuseum and Anne Frank House were just a 15-20 minute walk away. The air-conditioned rooms were a bonus. And I have to mention the steep stairwell, which we didn't mind but could be a challenge if you have a lot of baggage. Lastly, the staff, especially Sebastian, provided a warm welcome and great conversation.

The staff were discreet but helpful, and the room in the basement was surprisingly bright and quiet. The large and comfortable bed made for a relaxing stay. The hotel was extremely welcoming and accommodating, especially with a late check-in. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the modern bathrooms were a highlight.
