After a long journey, we were relieved to find a safe haven at Granvia. Despite the heavy rain, we could easily walk from the nearby station to the hotel without getting wet. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel even provided extra towels and shampoo when we had to share a bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful staff.

This hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, right in front of the train station. It's perfect for those arriving or departing by train. You can easily explore the city without worrying about transportation. The rooms are spacious enough for multiple travelers with open luggage, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel also has various facilities such as a top floor restaurant with delicious French cuisine and an elegant café on the ground floor for a light breakfast.

One minor downside is that some guests experienced issues with the hot water in the bathtub, with black flakes coming out when filling it. This should be addressed to ensure a pleasant bathing experience for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Okayama. The spacious rooms had excellent views. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional. The hotel facilities were more than adequate, with convenient amenities like washing and drying machines, vending machines, and a microwave available 24 hours. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at Granvia in Okayama! the best part was the amazing location. It's connected to the train station, making it super convenient for travelers like us who were backpacking and hopping from city to city. the hotel is also close to the local mall, and the views of the surrounding hills are breathtaking. the staff were friendly and the room was spacious and well-maintained. Plus, there were plenty of shops, mega-malls, and restaurants within walking distance.

Great location near train station and shops. You can easily explore the area. the room had modern amenities and had an awesome view that was a great way to start each day of our Easter. They had complimentary coffee and tea. the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
