The beds and pillows could be more comfortable, providing a better night's sleep for guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the amazing views of the mountains from our room. Additionally, the staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities were all present and in good condition, and the hotel's location in the area was perfect, with easy access to different ski slopes and major ski resorts. Lastly, the breakfast, which was included in our package, was delicious, and the dining area offered a great view of the mountains.

I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the mountains and nearby convenience stores. The hotel offered a delicious buffet-style breakfast and dinner with a great variety of international flavors. The onsen, or Japanese hot spring, was a wonderful experience after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and peaceful location.
