We were impressed by the exceptional cleanliness, modern hotel facilities, and the convenience of the shuttle service to nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us complimentary coffee as a gesture of goodwill. the location was perfect for exploring the Pola museum and the Gotemba outlets.

We loved the private onsen and the fact that it came with complimentary drinks and snacks. the location had breathtaking views of nature and was within walking distance to some great restaurants. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.

We found out that the dinner was an additional cost to reserve a table and then for the actual meal. This was a bit of a shock as we had already paid a premium price for the room.

The only minor downside I experienced during my stay at Indigo was the slight distance from Gora centre, requiring transportation for easy access.

As young holiday goers, we loved the exceptional customer service and helpful staff. They heated our food and organized a shuttle bus for our early morning departure. The shuttle service to/from Odawara station was very convenient. The onsen in the outside lounge was a great way to relax and enjoy delicious cocktails. The restaurant served delicious steaks and the private open bath onsen in the room provided a relaxing experience. The spa had quality products and the public onsen was a nice feature.

During my stay at Hotel Indigo, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. I had requested to have my food heated as there was no microwave in the room, and the staff gladly obliged, going above and beyond to provide utensils as well. Additionally, I had a transportation issue, needing to catch the early morning Shinkansen, and the staff organized a shuttle bus to ensure that I didn't have to wake up too early. The level of service and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable.

The location of the hotel was great and allowed us to easily visit the nearby Pola museum and Gotemba outlets by taxi. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including a teapot and kettle. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We also enjoyed the view from our room, which overlooked a serene river.

The policy regarding extra beds could have been clearer and caused some confusion for us.
