Excellent rooms, friendly service, good food, lovely onsen, helpful staff.

The stunning landscape and design of the hotel is the best ever seen. the rooms were cozy and spacious with an incredible view that gave the whole room an amazing touch. Apart from that, the staff was super friendly and made us feel as comfortable as possible, which was perfect for our business trip. We also appreciated the local sweets that were gifted to us on our birthday, an additional perk with a homely feel.

The hotel is situated quite far from the train station, and it is not appropriate when you come down with heavy luggage or when the weather is not great. the hotel, as expected, also has pricey dining options even though the food's quality is high, nothing like a light stroll to a cheap dinner elsewhere.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with a modern and beautiful design. The rooms are spacious and offer a breathtaking view of the Inuyama castle and river. The onsen is a perfect place to relax, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is incredibly friendly and the check-in process was fast and efficient. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding, especially the fondant au chocolat. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo for a memorable stay in Inuyama.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that exceeded all of our expectations. the view of the castle is breathtaking, and the garden area is a tranquil oasis. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with exclusive amenities and a beautiful design. the staff provided excellent service, making us feel pampered at every turn. the hot spring bath and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the pricing of the restaurant. While the quality of the food was exceptional, it was a bit pricey.

Friendly staff, beautiful view, comfortable bed, amazing onsen, delicious breakfast. Must come back!
