The Premium Twin Room on a high floor was comfortable for my family during our 5-night stay. However, we found the rates a bit high, especially around New Year's. The staff seemed under-staffed, as our room wasn't cleaned as requested, and there was noticeable noise from outside, even on a high floor.

My stay at Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya was delightful, with a superb location in the bustling Shibuya area. The room, though compact, was clean and well-designed with thoughtful amenities like USB outlets. The breakfast buffet featured a mix of Asian and continental dishes, including fresh pastries and delicious miso soup.

Our family visit to Tokyo was highlighted by this hotel’s exceptional location, just steps away from the busy Shibuya Crossing and a short stroll from the Hachiko Memorial Statue. The breakfast offered a variety of delightful dishes which fueled us for our daily adventures. We particularly enjoyed the modern bathroom and the child-friendly amenities provided. It truly felt like a perfect fit for our travel needs.

I loved my stay in this room. It was on the 27th floor, providing an exquisite view of Shibuya. The compact space had everything I needed, including a self-flushing toilet. H&M was directly below, and I appreciated being steps away from fantastic shopping. The ambiance was modern and inviting. 😃

My stay was amazing, with just a few steps to the lively shibuya crossing and meiji jingu shrine less than 2 km away for a peaceful stroll among beautiful gardens. the friendly staff made my experience even better as they were always ready to help me enjoy my city adventures.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with friendly staff and breathtaking views of the vibrant city. The rooftop was perfect for evening relaxation. Breakfast was such a delightful start each day!

The staff are super friendly and really went outta their way to help us. The brekkie each morning was lekker with proper scrambled eggs that I looked forward to. Location’s just perfect for grabbing a quick bite or heading out to explore. Mega Donki across the road was a nice bonus too!

Rooms were a bit on the small side, so if you’re packed like a sardine, it might be tight.

The location is perfect for exploring Shibuya. just a few minutes from all the action. The breakfast buffet offered a fresh variety each morning, and Gallery 11 had, seriously, some amazing flavors for dinner. I loved the daily special!
