my previous stay in council bluffs was nice, but this time it exceeded my expectations. the rooms were clean and well-stocked with great amenities like a fridge and microwave. the breakfast options were seriously impressive, especially the hot dishes, making mornings delightful!

the fridge did not work in the first room.

my previous stay in council bluffs was nice, but this time at bridgepointe inn & suites surpassed my expectations. the room was clean, and the amenities like the fridge and microwave worked perfectly for our needs. overall, it was a really enjoyable experience with no issues during our stay.

the elevator was unavailable, making it tough with luggage.

The signage leading to the hotel is atrocious!!! I had to call for directions because my GPS couldn't pinpoint it!!! Staying here doesn’t guarantee a clean room, as my initial experience included pebbles of dog food!!!

We were pleased with the clean and comfortable room, which included a fridge and microwave that were perfect for late-night snacks. The breakfast options were impressive, especially the warm dishes, making our mornings enjoyable.

The staff were super nice, but the breakfast was a bit shocking—stale cereal and old fruit. Heaps clean room, though!

We enjoyed our stay with the pets as the atmosphere was welcoming. The breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy! We also checked out the nearby Dodge Riverside Golf Club, which was great for family fun while visiting friends at Creighton University.

My kids wished there were more snack options for late-night cravings.

the breakfast area was huge with great selections! the staff was helpful and responded quickly to my texts. however, my room could’ve used some better cleaning. we did enjoy hot coffee every morning!

The breakfast spread was incredible! Fresh eggs, sausages, and waffles paired with efficient staff made mornings delightful 😊. The cleanliness was top-notch, really impressive!

The only downside was the lack of an elevator. navigating the stairs was a bit challenging.

The room was clean and comfy, definitely impressed by the big fridge and microwave. Only downside was the weird pet policy, as it seemed all rooms were used for pets. Just a heads up if you're allergic to fur. Overall, a cozy place to stay.
