The hotel's location is convenient, being fairly close to the station and with easy access to restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a good selection of Japanese and western breakfast options. The 16th-floor breakfast area provides a wonderful city view, including a fantastic sunrise. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in even for late arrivals.

The hotel's pillows were a bit lumpy and uncomfortable.

Conveniently located, close to train station and historic town center. Clean rooms with amazing breakfast options, including local products. Breathtaking view from breakfast room. Top-notch washing machines available for use. Friendly staff. highly recommended.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Nagano. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the Zenkoji Temple. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Finally, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me with any questions I had.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Great location just a short walk from the train station and close to Zenkoji Temple. Lots of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. The hotel is a good pick if you just need a place to sleep and explore the city. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city and has a breathtaking view of the mountains. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of Japanese and European food with unique variations you won't find anywhere else. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay very comfortable.

The room we stayed in was quite small, especially the bathroom, making it a little uncomfortable. the hotel is also ageing and could use some updates.
