We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room size was excellent, much bigger than usual in Japan. The staff were super friendly, and they provided free lockers for our luggage. The breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of choices and daily menu changes. The staff's attention to detail and politeness made the dining experience enjoyable.

Let me start by saying that this hotel really exceeded my expectations. First of all, the value for money is outstanding. You get so much for what you pay. The attention to detail is exceptional, especially with regards to the breakfast. Speaking of which, I can't emphasize enough how delicious and varied the breakfast options were. It was a true culinary experience. Additionally, the hotel's location, nestled right across from a serene forest, made for a truly picturesque and relaxing stay.

We enjoyed the spacious room and the breakfast provided. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the location was great as there were many small restaurants nearby and it was within walking distance to a lively street. the trees and quiet neighborhood made the surroundings peaceful.

The heating was inadequate and we did not receive clear instructions on how to use it. the carpets in the room were stained and the furniture looked outdated.
