Had a fantastic Christmas stay in the heart of a beautiful Italian town. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the breakfast spread was amazing, with lots of delicious options to choose from. the location couldn't have been better, just steps away from the main shopping street but still quiet and peaceful. the onsite parking was a bonus, although a bit tight for bigger cars like ours. Loved the complimentary brandies in the lounge when we returned to the hotel.

The only downside was the noise from the plumbing, especially when the toilet was flushed at night. It woke up both of us and disturbed our sleep.

We loved exploring Lucca, a beautiful and amazing place. The breakfast provided was top-notch, with a wide selection of delicious food. We also appreciated the little touches like fruit and drinks available for guests throughout the day. The rooms were cleaned to perfection every day, and the man serving us breakfast was friendly and helpful. we had a truly wonderful experience at Relais San Lorenzo Bed & Breakfast and would highly recommend it.
