The onsen at Hotel Kasuien was simply divine. I soaked in both the open-air onsen on the top floor and the basement, and the water was wonderfully rejuvenating. They provided a variety of toiletries, ensuring a luxurious experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a terrace hot spring that was perfect for unwinding at night. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available with umbrellas when it rained. The Japanese breakfast and dinner were absolutely fabulous, and the yukata provided a touch of traditional charm.

The onsen experience was amazing! the hot spring was perfect to relax after long hours of business meetings. the room was spacious and comfortable, which helped me to recharge my energy for the following day. the hotel shuttle service to nearby attractions was a great bonus for visitors without a car.

The dinner service was not up to my expectations, the quality of the food was average. the location of the hotel was not very convenient for accessing shops and restaurants outside the hotel premises.
