This place is great as it is very near the main station and a shopping mall. They even helped me send my lost charger to another hotel in Tokyo.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Kyoto Station, making it easy for us to access transportation and explore the city. there are plenty of dining options nearby, allowing us to try different restaurants during our stay. The room provided more space than we expected for a hotel in Japan, giving us enough room to comfortably move around. The staff also spoke English, which made communication a breeze.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was unreliable, which was a bit inconvenient for us, especially when we needed to stay connected during our trip.

The hotel's prime location near the station, bus stops, and a shopping mall made it extremely convenient for us to explore the city. the complimentary coffee and Nespresso machine in the lobby provided a much-needed caffeine boost.

The location was superb - right outside Kyoto Station with easy access to shopping and dining options. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering both Japanese and Western options. The room, although small, was comfortable enough for maneuvering with large suitcases. The beds were spacious and the provision of pyjamas was a nice touch. it was a great stay and good value for money, especially considering the convenient location.

We also loved the delicious sushi restaurant connected to the hotel. the staff was extremely helpful and spoke English well. it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this hotel.

As a group of three sisters, we had a delightful stay at Keihan Kyoto Grande. The location was excellent, with easy access to Kyoto Station and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We appreciated the convenience of having Don Quijote right next door for last-minute shopping. The hotel also offered luggage storage and delivery services, making it convenient for us to explore Kyoto without our bags. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The buffet breakfast was great, with a system in place to ensure a smooth flow and avoid overcrowding.
