Our stay at Hampton Inn was exceptional. The staff, including Yanti and Jennifer at the reception, provided top-notch customer service. Andrea, the manager, led by example and ensured all our needs were met. The cleaning staff and food service team were outstanding. The hotel should be the template for service in all hotels, not just Hilton's. The employees were welcoming and efficient, with a special mention to the young man serving breakfast who worked tirelessly to keep everything stocked and clean. Their hard work and dedication were truly commendable.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my needs as it was directly across from the Mall of Georgia in Buford, Georgia. The room was nicely appointed and had basic amenities like a fridge and microwave, which was convenient. The staff, especially Patrick, were friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean, and I appreciated that they were cleaned every day. Whenever I'm in Atlanta, I always choose to stay at this hotel because of the great service and attention to detail.

Another positive aspect was the convenient location, with the hotel being close to the popular Mall of Georgia and within walking distance to several restaurants. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and provided excellent service.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. I was not informed in advance about the amenities fee or the inability to pay with cash, which was inconvenient.

Despite the noise and slight disruptions, the staff made sure to accommodate guests' needs and ensure a pleasant stay. the location of the hotel is outstanding, with the Mall of Georgia and numerous restaurants within easy reach. Additionally, the cozy rooms with comfortable beds and high-quality linens provided a great level of comfort.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was also very close to Lake Lanier, which was perfect for our trip. the hotel room was clean and well-maintained, with no dust, stains, or mold. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms spotless. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which had a strong signal and good speed.

The front desk service was lacking during my stay. There were times when I called the front desk for two hours and nobody was available to help.
