The room provided more space than we expected for a hotel in Japan, giving us enough room to comfortably move around. The staff also spoke English, which made communication a breeze.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was unreliable, which was a bit inconvenient for us, especially when we needed to stay connected during our trip.

The location was superb - right outside Kyoto Station with easy access to shopping and dining options. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering both Japanese and Western options. The room, although small, was comfortable enough for maneuvering with large suitcases. The beds were spacious and the provision of pyjamas was a nice touch. it was a great stay and good value for money, especially considering the convenient location.

The room size was perfect for our family with two small children. We also loved the delicious sushi restaurant connected to the hotel.
