The hotel had all the necessary amenities - TV, kettle, shower, and even a bathtub! The room was cozy and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with plenty of Korean shops and restaurants nearby.

I stayed at Hotel Matsunoi for a few nights while exploring the city. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, convenience stores, and just a couple of minutes away from Shin Okubo station. The room, although small, was sufficient for solo travelers like me who prioritize privacy. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, even going the extra mile to carry my suitcase up to my room. The hotel had a cozy and peaceful ambiance, with a nice aromatherapy scent in the air. it was a clean and comfortable place to stay with excellent service.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a convenient location, being close to restaurants and convenience stores. It was also situated near a train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The staff was helpful and friendly, even helping me with my luggage. The room itself was clean and had nice amenities, such as a bathtub and windows that could be opened for fresh air.

That the front desk area occasionally smelled like cigarettes. being located in a bustling Korean town, it was difficult to find authentic Japanese food nearby.
