Ideal for train travelers, as the hotel is just next to the station. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a wide range of Japanese and international dishes. The staff was attentive and helpful, providing a pleasant stay. The bar on the 12th floor had great cocktails and magnificent views.

I had a fantastic stay at Metropolitan. The location near the train station and shopping mall was perfect for exploring Nagano. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and saved us from expensive taxi rides during a typhoon. They even dispensed JR train tickets at the front desk, saving us time and hassle. The hotel itself was grand and impressive, with clean rooms and friendly service. I also loved the convenience of the handy Smartphone provided in the room. a great experience!

The weekend stay was great! the buffet here was ah-mazing with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. It was really convenient for us to walk to Zenkoji Temple and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. to the yummy food and the central location, the staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Although the room was spacious, it would have benefited from a renovation as it was starting to feel a bit outdated. it would have been nice if the two rooms we booked were on the same floor, as they were on different levels.
