I got great value for my money at Hotel Monterey in Tokyo. The room was small but comfortable and the location was fantastic, with easy access to the underground and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at the sister hotel down the road offered a wider selection of food for the same price.

The breakfast selection could be improved by rearranging the buffet area to make it more efficient. Instead of having big tables, it would be better to have smaller tables for couples or individuals, and the buffet should be placed against the wall with enough space for staff to refill items without disturbing the guests.

We were able to walk to Tokyo Station in just 10 minutes, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel was located on a quiet street, providing a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle.

The rooms at the hotel were quite small, which made it a bit difficult to relax and unwind. Additionally, the size of the rooms was not accurately represented in the photos, which was a bit disappointing.

Our stay was over the Thanksgiving holiday and we appreciated the two complimentary pieces of pumpkin pie offered to us by the hotel. The location was perfect, situated near plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. being close to public transportation made it easy to explore the city.

The room was much smaller than expected and lacked proper cleaning during our stay. It was also quite noisy at night due to the thin walls.
