The Deluxe Room was immaculate, featuring a stunning city view and daily replenishment of complimentary drinks and toiletries. Access to cafes and restaurants along the river was incredibly convenient, enhancing the overall experience. However, breakfast often had long waits for tables, and some restaurant staff lacked professionalism, which detracted from the dining experience. Improving the service in the restaurant would definitely elevate the stay further.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a lovely river view and easy access to the nearby Havelock MRT station for exploring the city.

Nothing not to love.

The restaurant staff seemed rushed and inattentive during our dinner service, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. It felt as though they wanted us to eat quickly and leave rather than enjoy our meal. Additionally, our requests for drinks were not fulfilled in a timely manner, which made the dining experience less enjoyable than it should have been.

i was almost going to give a good review, but the room was so dingy, with curtains begging for a wash. breakfast was a chaotic disaster, no one had time to help us find cutlery. i expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles, but what do i get? nothing. how disappointing.

The pool on Level 5 was a refreshing retreat, and the breakfast spread was delightful with fresh omelets made to order. Staff members were notably friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Service at the restaurant was inconsistent, with delays in meal deliveries. Despite clean accommodations, there were occasional issues with humidity in the air that could detract from the comfort.

Free fruit and helpful staff were standout features.

I enjoyed a fantastic six-night stay with wonderful city views from my room. The restaurant offered generous portions, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Future guests should check the bar hours for a late-night drink!

had a great time at four points sheraton! the river view from my room was awesome, super comfy bed and loved the area for strolls along the river. breakfast was delicious with many choices, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. also liked the late checkout, made my last day so much better.

only thing was there were some issues with the gym being kinda small and housekeeping took a while to respond with my requests.

Fantastic breakfast spread with a variety of local and international choices. The staff was super friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was prime, near markets and a beautiful riverside walkway. 🥐🌊

Had a great time! Loved the in-room dining. the food quality was top-notch, and the gym was just what I needed. However, the hidden sockets were a bit awkward to reach.

Wi-fi was reliable, and the pool area was lovely. Luggage storage could be better.

i had a gr8 time at four points by sheraton! the location is super convenient, just a short ride to marina bay and other attractions. the breakfast was really good and the staff were all super friendly, especially azri who helped us a lot. loved the riverside for morning runs and the sport bar for chillin at night. the housekeeping was on point too, never ran out of towels or toiletries.

only thing was the gym was kinda small and the laundry dryer wasn’t working well, i kept having to put coins but my clothes were still wet.

However, breakfast could improve in quality. some options felt overly processed. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Great spot for a family stay

We stayed here for a family wedding and what a treat! The Riverview room was super comfy with nice views. Breakfast spread was insane, I'm still dreaming of those fresh pastries! Only bummer was that the check-in took a bit too long and we only got 1 key card, which was a hassle.
