Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a large pool area perfect for relaxation and a well-located bar/lounge area providing a nice atmosphere for evening enjoyment.

Everything was exactly right.

During my stay at Dona Urraca Hotel & Spa, I enjoyed the stunning views from my lovely room, which featured a small balcony. The staff were genuinely kind, always greeting me with warm smiles as they promptly assisted me with my inquiries about local attractions. I found the courtyard and garden area to be a delightful place to unwind, especially the large pool.

Breakfast selection could be improved.

The rooms are spacious, giving off a decent vibe for relaxation, with solid amenities like a coffee machine and a good flat-screen TV. The outdoor area is well-kept and has plenty of space for hanging out, making it a good spot for a low-key evening.

The spa experience was a letdown, as they somehow double-booked, ruining plans without offering any real solution. In addition, security is a question mark, with a master key system that opens all rooms—definitely not ideal. At times, there were troubling sewer odors in the air, and a pool area that had bees buzzing around like they owned the place. Not to mention, there were complaints about the guard at the entrance creating unnecessary trouble for guests trying to access the hotel, which isn’t what you need when you’ve paid for a nice stay.

The junior suite I had was super spacious with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a nice flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a good shower, but the tile floor got kinda slippery. The spa had cool amenities like a hot tub and massage chairs, and the location was perfect with parks and restaurants nearby.

Charming hotel with attentive staff, notably a special shoutout to Hiram and Daniela at reception for their warmth. The master suite was stunning with pool access, and the outdoor space was well-kept. A slight downside was the average lunch and a need for better mosquito management during my visit.

The staff were especially friendly, always making efforts to connect personally during our stay! The restaurant offered a breakfast with a good selection of fruits, baked goods, and eggs to order.

However, the hallways were quite noisy, which interrupted our sleep a bit.
