We had a fantastic stay at Mystays Fuji Onsen Resort. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the breakfast room had a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The hotel offers free parking and the option to book rooms with a view of the mountain for a small fee. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with Western style mattresses and nice pillows. We loved the added touches like the complimentary pajamas and reusable bags for the onsen. The hotel also had modern amenities like cutting-edge toilets and big flat screen TVs. we were very impressed with our experience.

We appreciated the shuttle bus service from the nearby bus stop, making it convenient for us to explore the city. As backpackers, we loved the friendly English-speaking staff and the amazing view of Mt Fuji. The hotel provided towels and slippers for children, which was a nice touch. The location was also perfect, just a few seconds away from Fujikyu Highland station and one stop away from Mt Fuji station.
