I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for people watching and exploring the bustling downtown area. We recently stayed at a hotel in a challenging area, but don't let that deter you! The location was close to downtown and we found a great restaurant nearby. The room was spacious and homey, with a superb bathroom. The service was incredible, from the friendly and responsive staff to the wonderful hot and cold buffet breakfast. Plus, the hotel offered great facilities and room advantages, like a well-stocked breakfast area and a helpful housekeeping staff.

The noise level from other guests was a bit of a downside, as some loud partying in the hotel disrupted our sleep.

I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in Downtown Hamilton for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the reception staff who made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen area was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom, although small, had a good shower and provided ample towels and toiletries. One of the highlights was the complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was impressive, with omelettes, Canadian bacon, and a waffle maker. The hotel also had great amenities like a fitness suite, pool, and laundry facilities. The location was convenient, with bars and restaurants nearby in Hess Village.

The hotel itself is modern and well-kept, with secure indoor parking and spacious rooms that include a convenient fold-out sofa bed and kitchen facilities. The free breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel, with plenty of hot options and a lovely dining area. The room was clean, organized, and filled with nice amenities like charging plugs and a comfortable bed. a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with full kitchens and cozy furniture. The staff were excellent, attentive and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The underground parking was convenient, although there was an additional fee. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to a festival at Bayfront Park and the restaurant we wanted to go to. We felt safe and secure in the hotel, despite being in a sketchy neighborhood. It was a great place to base ourselves for exploring the area.

The bed in our room was quite uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement.

Some rooms on lower floors facing Hess street experienced a lot of noise during the early hours of the morning. the hotel's outdoor parking area did not have a gate, leading to disturbances from bar-goers using the lot to drink, smoke, yell, and play loud music.
