We loved the central location, right on the Plaza de Armas. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nothing that we didn't like.

I stayed for 2 nights and chose a room for the great view of Cusco from the small balcony. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the WiFi worked well. The restaurant had a good breakfast buffet and delicious coffee and cakes. Check-out was efficient and the staff was mostly polite. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and clubs nearby.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. Plus, the views from the hotel were breathtaking! the staff was also very friendly and provided excellent service.

One thing that bothered me during my stay was that the rooms were quite warm and there weren't any screens on the windows to keep out mosquitoes and bugs. Additionally, the hallways were quite noisy, especially at night when people would return to their rooms and the doors would slam shut and echo throughout the hallways.

This hotel is right on the main square in Cuzco. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and come with a great view of Cusco and generous closet space. Breakfast is delicious and the views of the Plaza are beautiful.

The noise from the traffic and fireworks can be quite disruptive, making it difficult to sleep after a long day of exploring.

The included breakfast was delicious, and there was even coca leaves and hot water for tea available in the lobby. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its amazing views. this hotel provided the perfect base for exploring this city.

Due to the central location, expect some noise from the street. Even with the windows closed, there was still intense noise from the outside, which might not be suitable for light sleepers.

The outside noise from the main road and constant traffic police whistle could be quite bothersome.
