the hotel's room was comfortable and very clean. the bar's snack options were limited.

I greatly appreciate the hotel's proximity to the highway, which makes it convenient for business travelers like me. It's just a short drive of about 10-15 minutes to major attractions, providing a nice balance of accessibility while staying away from the tourist hustle. The amenities are quite modern, and my room was spacious and well-furnished, which made my work trip comfortable and efficient.

The limited restaurant options within the hotel could use improvement.

my shower had dirt and dust everywhere, and the only thing remotely clean was the bedding. i also waited 90 minutes for dinner only to receive a charred burger. it woudl ve been nice if they offered a complimentary drink for all the trouble, but no. i guess just being special is too much to ask.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. Upon checking in, there was no hot water due to a blackout, and I was disappointed that this wasn't mentioned beforehand. The room cleanliness was questionable, with visible dust and dirt in the shower and on mirrors, which left a really bad impression. Additionally, the TV in my room wasn’t working, and when I sought help from the reception, I was met with indifference rather than support. Overall, I felt that my concerns regarding these matters were brushed aside.

My family enjoyed a pleasant stay for 3 nights in a clean, spacious room with a comfy sofa bed. The indoor heated pool was a hit! Plus, free parking made it even better. Locationwise, it's a short distance from attractions and dining options. Staff's professionalism added to our enjoyable experience.

the swimming pool was a great relaxing spot after a long day. thewi-fi was weak in our room, making it hard to connect.

The heated pool was awesome! Our clean room had a sofa bed and plenty of outlets to charge devices. Location was great, close to restaurants and attractions. Free parking was a big plus!

Very comfortable, clean room. modern facilities with plenty of outlets. Free covered parking was a bonus! Location is decent for business travel, about 20-30 mins to Old Quebec attractions. 😊🚗

Rooms are clean and quiet with tasteful decor, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The heated pool is a delightful feature, and free parking is a convenient perk. Dining options close by are reasonably priced, though the hotel restaurant could offer more choices for dinner. Also, the coffee from the Starbucks in the lobby is a great way to start the day.
