Helpful and friendly staff. Comfy and well-organized room. Very clean bathroom with ceramic fixtures. Nice public bath and sauna. Good breakfast with Japanese and Western options. The hotel is conveniently located near the local station, making it easy to access transportation and explore the city. it is just a short walk away from the iconic Zenko-Ji temple, allowing guests to easily immerse themselves in the local culture and history. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

The hotel is in need of a revamp, as some areas, such as the dated room decor, could use an update.

Our stay at Hotel Nagano Avenue was fantastic! The onsen experience was truly rejuvenating, and we loved the traditional style. The free manga library was a cute touch, and the room, though small, was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The staff made check-in and check-out easy, and the surprise towel and coffee supplies were a nice gesture. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Nagano.

Had a great Xmas holiday here! the breakfast had a wide range of options, both Japanese and Western. the hotel was in a convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. One of the best things was the relaxing onsen and sauna.

The beds were quite hard, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. the Wi-Fi was slow and didn't work well in some areas of the hotel.
