Transportation was convenient, with a shuttle boat to reach this hotel on a small island with a stunning view on the top of their observation area. the location was serene, perfect for relaxation, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Spent Xmas here with my family. The food was a standout! Loved how they served a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine - perfect for different tastes. The outdoor hot springs offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the sea. We also enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room with its own balcony. Location-wise, we were thrilled to be surrounded by nature, away from the bustle of the city.

The indoor hot springs had a strong sulphur smell, which made it uncomfortable. The staff service was quite average, which didn't meet our expectations, especially for the price we paid. We also didn't like that certain aspects of the hotel were a bit dated and in need of refurbishing. a mixed experience.
