Love staying here for business trips. Staff gave me a hot drink when I was cold. Everything I need like Free Wi-Fi, parking, laundry. an outdoor pool and dining area. No pets. Rooms have TV, AC, kitchen. Remembering the helpful service keeps me coming back.

Great location, close walking distance to the town center and with beautiful beach views. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms spotless. The kitchen and laundry facilities were fully equipped and stylish. We enjoyed our complimentary robes. The hotel also had secure parking.

Convenient location, just a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable bed and nice outdoor space by the pool. Beautiful views of the water and boats from the balcony.

the suite was exceptionally clean, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the self-reliant aspect of the accommodation, allowing us the freedom to come and go as we pleased. One minor inconvenience was the noise level in our ground floor room beside the pool during school holidays. the constant sounds of children playing and adults talking loudly made it challenging to relax at times.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being right in the township and close to restaurants and the supermarket. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful waterfront views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel also had secure parking available, which was a plus.

There was no poolside changing area, which was inconvenient for guests who wanted to use the pool facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at the Waterfront Suites - Heritage Collection. the spacious accommodation offered breathtaking views from the lounge, creating a truly memorable experience. the warm and friendly staff provided a seamless check-in process, and the complimentary wifi was a convenient bonus. the location was superb, with easy access to the waterfront, visitor center, and the quay. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and look forward to returning in the future.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious. From the exclusive amenities provided in the room to the exceptional service received from the staff, I was thoroughly impressed. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were an added bonus, offering a serene atmosphere to relax and unwind.

I could hear some occasional footsteps and movement above me, which disrupted my peaceful environment.

The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a separate living area and a small kitchen. the location was great, with easy access to restaurants and amenities. Plus, the daily room service was a nice touch.

The noise from other guests was unbearable, and it felt like the soundproofing was non-existent. We were constantly woken up by running and shouting from the room above us.
