The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the nearby attractions. It was just a short walk to the JR Line and the beautiful Osaka Castle, making it convenient for sightseeing. Additionally, the lobby of the hotel was quite luxurious, giving a great first impression upon arrival. the staff were also very accommodating and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been better. the mattresses and pillows in the rooms were too firm, which made it a little uncomfortable for sleeping.

Our stay at New Otani was worth every penny. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a fast and free WiFi connection. The location was convenient, close to the Osaka Castle and surrounded by high-tech companies, giving it a modern atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to help us, especially with restaurant bookings, and they took great care of my brother when he fell ill. The hotel even offers comfy pyjamas for purchase, though they are a bit pricey.

The only downside was the morning meal, which could have been improved.

We really got our money's worth with the spacious room and comfortable bed. The location near the river and between two train stations made it convenient to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking English well.

Nothing not to love.

I never had to worry about controlling the AC in my room at the New Otani Osaka. The hotel AC switches between cool/fan/heat based on the outdoor temperature, so I was always comfortable without having to fiddle with any controls. Plus, they even provided a fan when I wanted some extra breeze.

We stayed at Hotel New Otani for 3 nights during our sightseeing trip in Osaka. The hotel's location was perfect, with Osaka-Jo castle just steps away. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, escorting us to our room and showing us the facilities. The foyer was beautifully presented and the rooms offered stunning views of the castle and park. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants on site, as well as the nearby options in the park area. Access to the JR line made it easy to explore the city and beyond. Great experience overall.

As a traveler in Osaka for a few days, my stay at Hotel New Otani was fantastic. The staff provided excellent service and had a strong command of English, which made it easy to ask for assistance. The room itself was clean, efficient, and had a lovely size. I was pleasantly surprised by the full view of the beautiful Osaka Castle from my window. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the castle being just a short walk away. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a great variety, including both Japanese and American options. a great value for money.
