The room was modern, comfy, and had a kitchenette. We had an issue with the shower, but the staff promptly fixed it. The fitness room was great, and the washer/dryer facilities were helpful. The hotel is safe, and it's close enough to New Orleans to enjoy activities but far enough to be away from the crowds. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The location was excellent, with easy access to shopping areas and plenty of restaurants. The room was beautiful, modern, and comfortable. It was well-equipped, including a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The complimentary breakfast was buffet style and with a variety of options. Furthermore, there were many amenities like a basketball court provided to the guests.

The hotel was in a convenient location, with a strip mall just across the street and several shopping areas and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was well-maintained. the room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the amenities such as the fitness room and free washer/dryer facilities.

One major disappointment was the breakfast situation. Despite being told that breakfast would be ready at 7am, it was not set up when I was leaving at 6:58am.

The climate control in the rooms was not ideal, with the common building AC overriding the controls and making the rooms very cold. the breakfast could have been better managed, as items like coffee and other breakfast items were not refilled quickly enough when they ran out.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They provided me with a welcome drink and showed me around the amenities in my room, which included a refrigerator and shared kitchen. I was surprised at the quality of the hygiene products that were available to me as well. The flat-screen TV in my room was perfect, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected with friends and family. I also appreciated the picnic area and business center, which were both available to me during my stay.

We had a minor issue during our stay when we ran out of toilet paper. The staff quickly resolved it and brought it to our room. The rooms were comfortable and having a kitchenette was convenient. The hotel is situated in an area outside downtown, which made it quiet and peaceful. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the dry cleaning service to the shops/commercial services, they took care of all our needs. The laundry facilities were a bonus, and the wake up service ensured that we started our days on time. The room amenities such as the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and comfortable garden furniture made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed with the hair dryer, refrigerator, and microwave in our room, as well as the shared kitchen that was available for our use. The television, am/fm alarm clock, and telephone were all modern and easy to use. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to our stay. The dining options for breakfast and the picnic area with tables were convenient and made our mornings pleasant. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us.
