Located in a peaceful spa town, this hotel offered a great value for the money. The spacious and clean rooms were a highlight, as well as the shuttle service to a sister hotel with a wonderful onsen. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering information about the area and assisting with transportation arrangements.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions and restaurants in the area, requiring a shuttle or a walk to get around. the lack of dining options on site made it difficult to find food at certain times of the day.

The room was wonderful and gigantic with a comfortable bed. The staff was kind and helpful, despite the language barrier. The relaxing room had a great selection of manga. The hotel offered a choice of indoor or outdoor baths.
