Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cet hôtel situé dans un parc d'activités commerciales, à proximité de l'autoroute et sur la côte. La décoration originale de la chambre nous a plu, tout comme le confort du lit et les aménagements disponibles. Le personnel était aimable et attentif à nos besoins. De plus, nous avons apprécié les nombreux points lumineux dans la chambre, offrant une luminosité adaptée. Le petit déjeuner était également délicieux, avec une variété de choix.

Nous aurions aimé que l'accès au spa soit inclus dans le prix de la nuitée, plutôt que de devoir payer un supplément.

The location of the accommodation was perfect, with a peaceful and tranquil setting in a beautiful garden. Guests could enjoy sitting at picnic tables or relaxing on the deck outside their rooms. The private en-suite double room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with kitchenware, making it convenient for families. The shared kitchen was clean and tidy, providing all the necessary cooking paraphernalia.

The bathroom was not the cleanest.

We had a fantastic stay at White Elephant! the couple who runs the place are incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were part of their family. the building and rooms were well-maintained, and the bathrooms were always clean. the kitchen was also spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. the garden was beautiful, filled with roses and trees, and we even had a friendly resident cat keeping us company. We extended our stay an extra night, and the hosts were so accommodating about it. one of the best backpackers we've stayed at!

The accommodation was welcoming and felt like home. The large, spacious rooms were clean and had a cosy, homely feel. The beds were comfy and the shower was decent. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and had a lovely big space. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the owner being especially delightful. The backyard had fruit trees and a charming sitting area on the porch. It was a convenient location with parking and the option to walk into town.

The WiFi was limited and had poor connectivity.

I recently stayed at the White Elephant Accommodation for 3 days while exploring the Abel Tasman coast track. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and allowed me to leave my car at the property. The 4-bed dorm was spacious and the gardens were lovely, filled with fruit trees. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a toaster, kettle, and dishes. The staff was super nice, and the whole complex was well-arranged. Pam, the owner, was delightful and helped us plan our activities in Abel Tasman National Park. Having a front porch with a table and chairs to enjoy the backyard with fruit trees was a great bonus.

Stayed at White Elephant for three nights during our backpacking trip. The couple who run the place are so friendly, flexible, and helpful. It felt like a family. Ended up extending our stay another night and they were great about accommodating us. The building and rooms are well kept, with clean bathrooms. The kitchen is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The garden is beautiful with fruit trees you can help yourself to. Definitely one of the best hostels we've stayed at!

The friendly owner made me feel right at home, ensuring that all my needs were met. the well-equipped kitchen and relaxing garden allowed me to unwind and connect with fellow travelers.

I did notice a slight lack of attention to cleanliness in some areas, such as the showers and kitchen.
