Waking up to a stunning view of Mount Fuji was magical, especially from the onsen. However, the breakfast options were limited for Western tastes, and room lighting could use improvement.

Great location right by the lake and super close to the bus stop (easy for sightseeing! ). Breakfast was plentiful with a cool rice serving machine, and the view of Mt. Fuji was just breathtaking.

Staying at Route-Inn Kawaguchiko was delightful! The location made it easy to enjoy Mount Fuji from both our room and the breakfast area. The buffet meals were simple yet satisfying, and I could fill up on local favorites. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, especially after a long day of exploring.

The staff were super friendly and helpful,, while the breakfast buffet featured a delicious array of items. The location beside Kawaguchiko lake was ideal for sightseeing and accessing the rope-way.

The room could feel a bit dated, lacking modern amenities for storage. The internet connection was occasionally flaky, making it less reliable during my stay.

Room was tiny, and the bed felt like a rock, but breakfast was heaps good! Chur for the onsen view of Fuji!

the facilities are aged, the room key system is so old school, and why on earth was there no special welcome gift for me? it’s as if they thought I wanted to be treated like everyone else. absolutely ridiculous.

My wife says that the room key situation could improve for families. One key for a family is a bit inconvenient.

The view from the onsen was breathtaking,, especially with Mt. Fuji behind it. Breakfast had a solid buffet selection, and the staff were super friendly and quick to help with our heater issue.

A little crowded at times,, those tour groups could have their own area during breakfast, and it sometimes took a while for service during peak hours.

The public bath was huge and clean, with a giant window offering a fantastic view of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, perfect to kick off the day. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

We loved the spacious room and the awesome view of Mt. Fuji from the public bath! Breakfast was really good, especially the dim sum. The restaurant next door was a hit for dinner too. Just a heads up, the bed was a bit on the firm side for my liking, but it didn’t ruin our stay!

Enjoyed the peaceful onsen on the 6th floor and the spacious room that easily fit our luggage. Plus, the coffee machines in the lobby were a lifesaver at any time! The washing machine's a great touch, perfect for longer stays.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry facilities. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost necklace, which I truly appreciated. I’ll be back for the new year!
