Our weekend stay was located in a historic building with genuine service from friendly staff. the hotel is ideally situated in a charming downtown area, surrounded by shops, entertainment, and dining options. the rooms were beautifully decorated in a unique Texas style, adding to the overall historic appeal and ambiance of the hotel.

It would have been convenient to have a hair blowdryer and an overhead fan in the bathroom. Some of the amenities promised, such as a fixed toilet and fresh towels, were not delivered despite multiple requests.

The Grand Hotel offered a one-of-a-kind experience with its beautiful, spacious, and unique rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome during my solo trip. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants, and boutiques. The grounds were well-maintained and inviting, with a pool and outdoor games area. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant.

The comfortable bed and all the amenities provided made our stay truly enjoyable. The location was perfect with plenty of dining options within walking distance. While the breakfast selection was generous and delicious, it would have been even better with a greater variety of options to choose from.

I had the pleasure of dining at Rick's Chophouse and the elk steaks were outstanding. The location of the hotel in downtown McKinney was perfect and I can't wait to go back. The coffee through room service was also a highlight, the best I've ever had.

We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing coffee served through room service, it was simply the best we've ever had. The hotel itself was beautiful and offered a unique and eclectic experience. The towels provided were exceptional, and we loved them so much that we plan to purchase some for ourselves. The valet parking service was a great convenience, especially since the new parking garage was still under construction. We also enjoyed the library, a quiet and peaceful spot within the hotel. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel.
