Flippen awesome location, just a short stroll from Tokyo station! The room was really comfy with great pillows and they even threw in some free snacks. Breakfast spread was next level, proper buffet style! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home.

Reception's right at the top floor, which threw me off a bit at first, but I got used to it.

The shower room was spacious with great water jets. The room was a bit small for larger bags.

staying here was a treat, as it's just across the street from tokyo station, making it super easy to explore the city. There are great places to grab sushi and tempura just minutes away, so you can dive right into local cuisine. I especially loved starting my mornings with their lovely breakfast spread that included deep-fried tempura and fresh seafood dishes.

Location is a major highlight, making it easy to access local attractions. The bathroom had fantastic high-tech features that added a touch of luxury, while the room remained impeccably clean and comfortable throughout my stay. Although the reception is on the 15th floor, creating an initial sense of disorientation, the friendly staff quickly made up for it with their helpfulness. The only drawback was the unpredictable air conditioning, which made it tricky to maintain a comfortable temperature at times.

great location, only a 5 min walk to tokyo station, staff were super helpful and friendly, room was more spacious than most in japan (we had a tatami area! ), shower was awesome with good water pressure, they even provided nice pajamas and toiletries for free.

The location is unbeatable. literally right across from Tokyo station and so close to Ginza! The breakfast was an amazing spread. loved the mix of Asian and Western dishes! And the lobby's bright and welcoming!

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need, such as internet access, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly brought me a bottle of water at night. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for a city trip.
