I had a solid stay at Springhill Suites! The indoor pool was like finding an oasis in the desert. I had the place mostly to myself, and it felt like my own private resort. The room was spacious enough that I could've hosted a mini dance party (not that I did. but I could have). Plus, having a fridge and microwave was perfect for late-night snacks! The breakfast wasn't just a half-hearted muffin and drip coffee affair. it was a buffet of fresh hot options, especially those NY bagels, which could even make a New Yorker nod in approval.

I stayed for a business trip and appreciated the spacious setup of the studio with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The kitchenette was a bonus, allowing me to make quick meals. However, breakfast did get crowded, and the hot water took longer than expected to warm up. Overall, it met my needs for a comfortable stay during my work-related travel.

The pool was closed despite prior confirmation!!! The in-room coffee setup lacked sufficient pods!!! There were no hooks for hanging clothes!!! The carpets and curtains were in desperate need of a cleaning or replacement!!!

The lighting in the bathroom could use an upgrade. it's way too dim!!! A/C barely functioned. I was sweating all night!!! The frosted glass pocket door is more annoying than stylish. It lights up the whole room when you turn on the light!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The spacious suites were perfect for our family. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious options, especially the customizable omelette station. Our interactions with the staff, particularly Jessica, were warm and accommodating. Make sure to enjoy the indoor pool for some family fun!
