My stay didn't meet expectations, as the facilities seemed outdated, and the overall ambiance felt more like a 3-star hotel rather than the 4-star experience promised. I was especially disappointed with the shower area, which was quite small and uncomfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was weak, making it difficult to stay connected during my time there.

Consider using their personalized luggage service for a hassle-free experience when you arrive or depart. It made my trip much easier!

Location is spot-on, like a minute from the Spanish Steps! The staff were absolute legends, helped us sort out our transport. The rooms were clean and comfy, great vibes around. Felt safe walking around even late evening with the kids, which is a big plus!

Only downside was the thin walls, could hear the neighbours a bit too well in the morning.

The area was close to many bars and restaurants, which made it easy for me to walk around. The staff were kind and helpful, even charging my phone for me while I enjoyed my last day. I'm from Italy and appreciate the hospitality during my travels. Looking forward to returning in 2024.
