I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience. The location was perfect for me as it was just off the motorway, which made it convenient for a stopover during a long drive. The hotel was a bit out of the way, but that made it feel more secluded and peaceful. The room I stayed in was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

That the bus stop was a bit far, about 25 minutes away, so it was a bit inconvenient if you wanted to explore the nearby city without taking a car.

We were so impressed with the lovely and helpful hotel staff! The pool was great, accessible for early morning and late-night swims. The location was perfect, not too central but convenient to reach off the motorway. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. Excellent leisure facilities overall.

Despite the small rooms, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable mattress and the attention to detail in providing Cadbury Chocolate bars, biscuits, and tea/coffee facilities. The spa facilities and breakfast were also great. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a good location and was clean. the breakfast was also quite decent and had a good variety of food options.

The staff at the leisure facility were very unhelpful and did not make us feel welcome at all. They asked for an additional fee for towels and were not accommodating when we did not have the correct coins to use the lockers.

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Carla, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She even changed our room to better suit our needs and provided activity packs for our children. The gym was also amazing with top-notch equipment - definitely one of the best we've ever used. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. we were incredibly impressed with the quality of service and value for the price we paid.

Conveniently located near M5. Helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. Enjoyable pool area with spa, sauna, and steam room. Good menu options in the bar and restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Gloucester. the breakfast was good, the rooms were comfortable for the three of us, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. the hotel itself was nice and the breakfast area was spacious with a good selection of options. the location was also convenient, with a large Sainsbury's and petrol station just a 2-minute drive away. Gloucester Docks, with its variety of restaurants and pubs, was only a 13-minute drive away. it was a great value for money.
