I had an incredible stay at this place. The location, nestled in the mountains, was perfect for my hiking adventures. The cable car station was just down the hill, making it convenient to explore the stunning trails. The room amenities, including the heating and air conditioning, created a comfortable and cozy environment. The staff provided exceptional service, from room service to laundry, ensuring I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I lucked out choosing Taisetsu Onsen&Canyon Resort for my recent stay in Kamikawa. The location of the hotel is simply amazing, with easy access to the ropeway, hiking trails, and the bustling shopping and restaurant street. The hotel even provides a free shuttle service from Asahikawa station, which was incredibly helpful. The size of the hotel is impressive, allowing for plenty of exploration and activities during storms. The highlight of my trip was the fantastic vegetarian Kaiseki dinner served in my lovely tatami room. The three onsens offered at the hotel were excellent and provided a truly marvelous experience. I tried them all! Additionally, the complementary yukata in the rooms added a touch of traditional charm. Despite a few drawbacks like limited WiFi availability in the lobby and a scarcity of charging outlets in the room, I will definitely recommend this hotel for its fantastic accommodations and memorable experiences.

Spent my New Year's holiday at a fantastic Japanese hotel in the mountains! the room was cozy and traditional, with comfy futons and yukatas provided. the best aspect was the amazing onsen experience - there were several indoor and outdoor hot springs to choose from, each with its own unique style and setting. Plus, the delicious Japanese food served at the hotel restaurant really hit the spot!

Although the hotel was located in a picturesque mountain area, it was quite far from the nearest town or city. As a result, there weren't many activities or attractions nearby, so we had to spend most of our time at the hotel.
