The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is in the very center of Prague, next to a few bars and in the Old Town. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a firm and super bed. The bathroom was fresh and of high standard, with luxurious toiletries provided. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel provided a comfortable stay with great amenities.

The staff at the hotel could have been more considerate, as they did not ask if we had enjoyed our stay upon checking out.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with daily room cleaning and a homely feel. Its location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore all the tourist areas on foot. The 12th-century grotto where breakfast was served was a unique and memorable experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring all my needs were met.

The location was incredible and quiet. Lots of space in the square. Wonderful front desk staff. Cool room with AC. New towels delivered daily. Nice size room. Hot water arrived immediately. Elevator was welcomed. Great TV stations.

Incredible and not busy square. AC, new towels daily, and hot water. Close to mall and grocery stores. Helpful English-speaking staff. Good breakfast, clean room and bathroom with safe deposit, minibar, and air conditioning. Slept well.

Wonderful Service in a Difficult Situation

We recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Prague. During our visit, my partner fell ill and had to be taken to the hospital. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us during this challenging time. They showed genuine care and compassion, ensuring that our room was kept available and providing any support we needed. Their kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference and eased the stress of the situation. We are truly grateful for their exceptional service.

The breakfast options were plentiful and kept us full for most of the day. the location was great since we were able to walk to most tourist spots. the room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Our stay coincided with Easter and there was a lot of noise from other guests celebrating. the walls were quite thin and it was difficult to sleep at night.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location is perfect - right in the heart of Prague's historic center, yet tucked away in a quiet back area. The abundance of nearby restaurants in the charming chapel square made dining options a breeze. Secondly, the staff were exceptional; their attention to detail and excellent service made me feel truly cared for. The basic amenities provided, including a room with a bath tub and very good facilities, added a touch of luxury to my stay. Lastly, the breakfast spread was incredible; from the variety of loose leaf teas to the Nespresso maker, they catered to every taste.

The location of this hotel is just the best you can imagine. It is situated in a lovely square close to all the main attractions in the city centre. Despite being centrally located, it is tucked away in a quiet back area, allowing for a peaceful stay.
