I especially appreciated the easy access to parking and the convenient location close to the JR Station. It was such a breeze to walk to the station, making transportation a breeze.

Staying here was a lovely experience. The hotel is located at the city centre of this place with excellent access to public transportation and convenience stores. The service room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and room amenities like ironing facilities. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful manner of the staff with very good service provided.

This hotel is very conveniently located only a few minutes' walk from the main train and subway station. This makes it easy to explore the city and there are also many dining options nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful, with some even speaking good English.

Daily housekeeping and access to necessary toiletry items, including stretch terry hair bands. Good for adventure travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at Mystays in Sapporo! the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded our room to a more expensive option for both nights at no extra charge. the room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to JR Sapporo Station. it was the nicest room we experienced during our time in Japan.
