Close to Sapporo train station. very convenient location.

During my visit, I faced a frustrating situation with the laundry services, which were unavailable for more than a week due to renovations. Additionally, the smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors was unpleasant and detracted from the overall experience.

the air conditioning made this weird noise throughout my stay, quite unforgivable. also, the lack of English channels on the TV was such a disappointment, especially for a supposed high-end hotel. I woudl've appreciated a complimentary snack for enduring this stay, it woudl ve been the least they could do. I almost gave a great review, but just couldn’t.

The hotel truly impressed me with its expansive breakfast buffet, featuring everything from beautifully prepared omelets to delicious local foods. The staff was friendly and the location was just a short walk from Sapporo station, making it super convenient for exploring the city.

One minor downside was the cigarette smell that lingered in the elevator. Additionally, the TV channels weren’t varied, but that was a small trade-off compared to the overall great experience!

the hotel is just a short walk from the train station and near multiple eateries, making it super convenient for grabbing local food after a day of exploring the nearby Sapporo Clock Tower and Tanukikoji Shopping Street, which are only about a 15-minute stroll away, giving you plenty of chances to soak in the local charm.

The pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep experience. Breakfast options were abundant, including some unique treats like ice cream and wine. The location was quite convenient, just a short walk from Sapporo Station. However, it seemed a bit pricey for the overall experience.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the 24-hour reception, laundry facilities, and air conditioning provided. During my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten earphones, highlighting their helpfulness. Highly recommend for a comfortable, hassle-free experience. I'm coming back for a trip!

It was just a proper fit for a weekend outing in Sapporo with incredible value for money. The front desk staff provided great advice for dining and local attractions, which enhanced our experience. Make sure to check the breakfast options early, as they offer a variety that can fill you up for the day.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, the room had plenty of space to relax after exploring the city, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options suited to both Western and Eastern diets.

we had a fantastic stay at mystays! the hotel is just a short walk from the train station, super convenient for all our travels. Aoki-san was amazing. he helped us with check-in and even offered my daughter a goodie bag when her toy broke. the staff was always professional and the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. we loved the massage facilities too!
