Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the breakfast options were amazing, and the free misoshiru and buttered bread were delicious. the hotel is located near both Hakata Station and Nakasu, making it easy to explore. the air conditioner worked great and kept us warm during the chilly winter nights. Plus, the complimentary amenities in the bathroom were a nice bonus.

Finding the lobby was a bit confusing, as it wasn't clearly marked. We also had trouble charging our devices because there were no USB ports in the room.

During my stay at Hotel Unizo Hakataguchi, I found the location to be extremely convenient. It was just a short walk from Hakata Station and close to various attractions and amenities. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The breakfast at the on-site cafe was diverse and changed daily, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who were willing to assist me in English. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and accommodating atmosphere.
