I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Urbansea 2 Matsuo. The hotel seemed very new and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. I loved the thoughtful touches, like the detergent for the washer and the cutlery provided in the room. The shower room doubling as a dryer was a convenient feature, and the balcony offered a great view of the city. The location was fantastic, as it was close to both Maki Hi Public Market and Kokusai Dori Street. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel located conveniently in front of the bustling Makishi market. The location was ideal, with plenty of breakfast, brunch, dinner, and supper options within walking distance. The room was spacious enough for three people and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom to keep us warm in winter. The hotel also offered keyless access, making it convenient and ensuring privacy throughout our stay.

I was slightly disappointed by the check-in process, as the reception counter was located separately from the hotel and required some navigation.

New furnishings and thoughtful amenities like laundry detergent and kitchen supplies. Great views from balcony. Lots of nearby food options. Room for 3 but limited space for luggage.

The location is great, as it is situated close to a local market and the main street of the city. the room was equipped with a mini kitchen and a washing machine. the helpful booklet provided made it easier to use the equipment. the view from the balcony was excellent and added to the overall experience.

it would have been helpful to have a phone in the room for local calls. the parking was expensive and not clearly advertised, leading to confusion and inconvenience.
