I had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! the rooms were clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. the location was perfect, with key attractions within close proximity. the complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options.

The limited space in the room to open suitcases. While it was fine for a short stay, it may be inconvenient for longer stays.

The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist sites. Being situated in the city center, yet in a calm area, made it a perfect base for exploring. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring beautiful antique furniture and a cozy king size bed. The bathroom was stylish and had a great shower with instant hot water. The service provided by the staff was kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options including made-to-order omelets.

There was an incident where the receptionist called a non-official taxi, which was a bit concerning for safety reasons.
