We stayed at a spacious room in Hakata for family travel. Clean with separate toilet and shower. Nearby restaurants and two double beds. Minutes from Hakata Station, walking distance to Canal City and Tenjin. Room had a well-equipped kitchen, washer, air purifier, and TV with YouTube. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Spent my Christmas here and loved the spacious room with a microwave, washing machine, and smart TV with YouTube. Superb location near restaurants, car rental, and supermarket. the excellent bathtub was a treat after a day of exploring.

Check-in process was a hassle as an unmanned hotel with limited staff support. Luggage storage and package reception unavailable.

Our Christmas stay was amazing! We loved the convenient location surrounded by a multitude of eatery options. the room was equipped with everything we needed, from a fridge, washing machine, and kitchenette to a drying system in the bathroom which made our stay very comfortable. the beds were firm and spacious and the shower was great.

We wished there was more guidance provided on how to dispose of rubbish. It was challenging having to keep trash in the room for several days until checkout.

My recent stay at Wa Hakata was great. The room was spacious with two double beds and a single bed, perfect for two people. I loved the convenience of having a fridge, kitchen, and washing machine in the room. The drying system in the bathroom was a bonus too, keeping everything dry. We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of eateries nearby and easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The service was excellent, even though the hotel was unmanned. We had everything we needed for our week-long stay, including a microwave and a washing machine in the room. it was a fantastic experience!

That there weren't many shops or amenities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
