The location was awesome, with easy access to great food and drinks in the area. Being close to the Historic Third Ward was a huge plus, making it super convenient for exploring the main tourist spots. the room was spacious and the staff were efficient and friendly, adding a nice touch to the overall experience.

The lack of staff presence at the front desk was a major drawback. Long lines on arrival and guests waiting around due to short staffing made the check-in process frustrating.
