The ryokan-style stay at this hotel was a fantastic experience. the restaurant served us a delicious dinner with separate tasty courses. the hotel had a small onsen on the top floor, with both indoor and outdoor pools available for guests. the breakfast served in our room was a nice touch.

One downside of staying in Takarazuka is that the town shuts down around 9 pm, so there are not many restaurant options available late at night. It would be helpful to have more dining choices in the area for those who want to explore the town after hours.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming inn in a serene town. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I absolutely loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was just across the river from the train station, making it incredibly easy for me to get around the city. The staff at the hotel were also amazing - always welcoming me with friendly smiles and going above and beyond to assist me with any request. The reception staff even accompanied my family to a nearby restaurant and helped us navigate the entirely Japanese menu. It truly was ABCD service.

Couldn't fault the hotel at all. Everything was perfect during my stay.

The dinner was amazing, they served everything separately and the quality of the food was outstanding. the location was great, close to the river and the train station. the room was spacious and comfortable.

Christmas at this town was depressing, nothing was open past 9pm, and there was nothing to do at night. the only option we had to entertain ourselves was to watch TV in our room.
